This Tuesday Our Speaker and Teacher is
Denise Barclay
on the topics of
the Practice of Anapanasati and
the Parami of Generosity.


     Anapanasati is a sutta of the Buddha having to do with making breathing a mindful practice and far more than an unconscious reflex.
     Will Lister led a discussion on the 10 Parami a few weeks ago, the first of which is generosity.
     Denise will help us combine these practices in order to deepen our practice.

Thursday evening Zoom Sangha.
The time: 6:30-8:00. 


         After opening with refuges there is a 45 minute meditation (lightly guided) followed by a talk. After the talk and discussion there is a brief check in, (what’s on your mind?). This offering is free.
