Walk in Meditation
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A SCHEDULE CHANGE FOR FEBRUARY AND MARCH!
We normally meet the 4th Saturday of the month, but in February and March we will be doing our Walk in Nature and Meditation on teh 3rd Saturday -- February 16 and March 16.
We meet at 9am in the parking lot at Effie Yeaw Nature Center. It's located in Ancil Hoffman Park in Carmichael (Click HERE for more information).
We'll walk mindfully on teh trails through the nature center for 30-45 minutes, then meditate in teh park for an hour. Bring your own chair. I'll also have a couple extra chairs in case someone forgets.
