​Sangha Update for
1 June 2021

​Below is the program for Tuesday's Sangha meeting, and a few messages from the Sangha.

An Evening of
Sitting and Walking Meditation
June 1

This Sangha gathering will be a full evening of meditation to give people the opportunity to meditate together for longer periods of time. You are invited to structure your own meditation times during the evening, alternating between sitting and walking meditation as you need to deepen your practice. ​

Doug Kraft will offer private interviews in a Zoom Breakout Room during the evening for those wanting beginning instructions or guidance in deepening their practices. A short discussion period will follow the meditations to share what has arisen for us during the evening.

This evening Doug will continue our discussion based on material from Chapter 4, “Fluidity of Awareness” of his latest book, Resting in the Waves. We’ll be particularly interested in looking at the spectrum of awareness as a tool for deepening our meditation. A pdf of the chapter is available by contacting [email protected].
